Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Sarees must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Customized or personalized sarees cannot be returned.
• To initiate a return, email Samad.onyx@gmail.com with your order details.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
